Our US studio is on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank, a few minutes from Studio City, Toluca Lake and Glendale. From here we design homes, restaurants, salons and stores across Los Angeles, and we know how different each part of the city is: its houses, its streets and the rules for building.

Every part of LA builds differently
A ranch house in Encino, a Spanish revival home in Glendale and a hillside lot above Studio City need different designs and go through different city departments. The City of Los Angeles, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood each review projects in their own way.
We plan with those rules from the first sketch, so the design you fall in love with is one that can be built.

We work across Los Angeles County: the San Fernando Valley, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Hollywood, the Westside and beyond. Our studio is in Burbank.
Can you visit my home or space?
Yes. After a first call we meet on site to see the space and measure it.
Do you also work outside Los Angeles?
Yes. We have designed projects in other states and countries, and our partner studios work in Yerevan and Moscow.
