Working together
How do we start?
Book a short consultation call or send a request. We talk about your project, then meet on site.
Do you show the design before construction?
Yes. You approve layouts and realistic 3D visualizations before drawings are finalized and anything is ordered.
What do I receive at the end of design?
A full set of working drawings for pricing and construction: plans, elevations, lighting, electrical and plumbing points, joinery details, finishes and schedules.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes. Our drawings are made to be priced and built by any licensed contractor, and we can supervise the work.
Do you offer turnkey projects?
Yes. We can manage the whole project, from design to construction, procurement and handover.
Costs and timing
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the size, scope and level of detail. We give a clear fee after the first call and site visit. Our guide explains the main factors.
How long does it take?
It depends on the project. After the first call we give you a schedule for design and, if relevant, construction.
Do you help with permits?
We prepare the drawings permits require and guide you through the process with the engineers your project needs.
Areas
Which areas do you work in?
Across Los Angeles: Burbank, Glendale, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, the Westside and beyond.
Do you work outside Los Angeles?
