Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Year: 2025
Stage: Completed
Style: Modern Minimalism
Monochrome Ashes is all about the modern living shaped by balance and warmth. Designed for everyday living, the project transforms a newly built apartment in Yerevan into a quiet, balanced home, where minimalism feels soft and welcoming rather than strict and raw.
The interior is built on restraint. Forms are simple, lines are clean, and every material is chosen for its texture and tone. Instead of contrast, the space relies on light, proportion, and details to create depth. The apartment flows as a single, continuous space. Built-in storage, flush surfaces, and concealed details keep the interior visually clean. Nothing competes for attention. Architecture and atmosphere take the lead.
A muted graphite and warm gray palette sets the base of the project. Concrete textures, stone surfaces, soft fabrics, and wood accents are layered carefully, giving the monochrome interior warmth and tactility.
For the kitchen, dark matte cabinetry is fully integrated into the walls, keeping the space calm and uninterrupted. A warm wood niche adds contrast and depth. The island stands at the center of the composition, functioning as both a workspace and a social point. Soft lighting and minimal detailing reinforce the clean, composed look of the space.
The bedroom is conceived as a place to slow down. Soft tones, simple forms, and tactile materials create a calm and restful environment. Built-in storage keeps the space uncluttered and serene.
The bathroom continues the same design language. Stone textures, warm light, and clean lines shape a calm, almost spa-like atmosphere. Dark fixtures add definition, while integrated storage keeps the space uncluttered and straightforward.
"Monochrome Ashes" reflects Futuris Architects’ approach to contemporary interiors: quiet, precise, and designed around real life. A space where simplicity allows comfort to surface naturally.
