Perched on an elevated site, this residence blends classical grandeur with modern sophistication, creating a timeless architectural statement.
The façade takes inspiration from Neoclassical design, with symmetrical volumes, rounded towers, and a central gable pediment.
These classic elements are reinterpreted with clean lines, smooth white stucco, and large black-framed windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
The rear of the house opens onto a resort-style terrace with an infinity pool, sun loungers, and a sunken fire pit lounge, offering a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience. A water feature wall brings a sense of calm, transforming the backyard into a private retreat.
Every element, from modern glass railings to minimalist lighting, strikes a balance between classic proportions and contemporary luxury, resulting in a home that feels both timeless and current.
