This restoration project aims to preserve the building's original character while infusing it with a contemporary and stylish aesthetic. It has a distinct, sloping roofline that combines materials such as dark stucco and wood cladding, creating a contrast between natural and modern elements.
Adjacent to the pool, a spacious outdoor lounge area is sheltered under a flat-roof pavilion designed for entertaining. This space features comfortable seating, a dining area, and an outdoor television framed by lush greenery to evoke a sense of relaxation.
