About the Project
Everything started with the location. The goal was to create a space that harmonized with its natural surroundings. Dili Town is nestled in the heart of Dilijan’s breathtaking nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city yet easily accessible. This serene setting became the foundation for the interior design, with the ultimate goal of offering guests the perfect relaxation experience.
Surrounded by dense forests and hills, Dili Town offers an intimate and peaceful environment that enhances the connection with nature.
What rooms are available?
- Spa Center: Indulge in various services, including massage rooms, saunas, salt rooms, and a tranquil tea room, designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.
- Swimming Pools: Spacious pools for both adults and children, providing the ideal space for relaxation, swimming, and fun.
- Restaurant: This beautifully designed dining area features natural materials to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for an enjoyable dining experience.

Materials and Colors
The materials used in the design were carefully selected to create a harmonious balance of natural elements and modern touches. Every material was chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic while ensuring comfort, warmth, and a deep connection to nature. Here are the materials that were incorporated into the design:
- Wood: Wood is the primary decorative and structural material. It brings a natural, earthy feel to the space and helps create a comfortable and welcoming environment, providing a strong connection to the surrounding nature.
- Straw: Straw highlights the interior's unique character while emphasizing its connection to nature. This material adds texture and complements the overall theme of harmony between humans and the natural world.
- Fabric Lighting: Fabric lighting fixtures, prominently featured in the restaurant’s interior, provide soft, warm illumination. This lighting creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and dining.
- Stone and Glass: Combining stone and glass perfectly balances natural and modern materials. Stone adds an earthy, grounding element, while glass brings in natural light and is an element of contemporary design.
Color Palette

Conference Hall
The conference hall at Dili Town features a modern, minimalist interior design that blends sleek concrete walls with elegant lighting fixtures. Designed for functionality and comfort, the space includes soft, neutral-colored seating that creates an inviting atmosphere for business meetings, conferences, and corporate events. Large windows flood the room with natural light, while sophisticated LED lighting ensures a warm, focused ambiance during discussions and presentations. The Spa
The resort offers various areas designed to meet the needs of all visitors, including the restaurant, spa center, and entertainment and relaxation zones. Each space is carefully designed for the ultimate relaxation experience, with the spa being the highlight. It offers stunning mountain views, allowing you to unwind while enjoying the pool.
The spa center features wet and dry saunas, a tea room, a salt room, hot and cold rooms, a spacious swimming pool for adults and children, and professional massage services.
Kids Zone
Every parent dreams of having some "me time" while on holiday. Futuris Architects designed the Kids Zone in Dili Town, quickly becoming every child's favorite place.
